Has anyone tried to teach him simple sign language?
Does he understand if you draw a picture?
It sounds like he has a low frustration point. Do your parents still take him to doctors?

Was he injured or in an accident -- a bad bump on his head?
Have the doctors done an MRI or CAT scan or other tests?

What you should do, is talk to your parents. From the sounds of it, he has a disability and needs you to be understanding. It can be very frustrating and I know it's hard for you to deal with, but he needs you to love him unconditionally.

We can't answer that question. This is a global website, we don't know where you are, and chances are we are on the other side of the world from you.

Like I said, love him and be understanding. I am not going to lie to you. Depending on what is causing this, he may not be able to be cured. But love him anyway. Help him out. There will be times where he makes you so angry you can't stand it, but you must remember: it isn't his fault and you have to be kind.
