As has been demonstrated here many times ; this would essentially end Title IX .Title IX became law in 1972.After decades of progress for female athletes;he wants to get around the purpose of the rule by revising Title IX to include transformers.
But the truth is that males competing in woman's sports ends special protective status for women. It deprives women of opportunity safety and privacy.
Men have to mutilate their body to even come close to leveling the playing field .
But that is just Title IX. The new proposed law would go much further It does not define what sex is and thus eliminates special protection based on gender .

Clueless speaks in lofty terms of “our duty to protect all the people’s rights and freedoms” The Equality Act itself would do the most to destroy the rights of women and children.
