    Can a felony bad conduct discharge be upgraded?
    I am trying to get a Missouri gaming license but I have a felony Bad Conduct Discharge via a special court martial. Can it be upgraded to anything other than a felony?

    I have the same thing, had it over 20 years and trying to get it removed upgraded something better than this felony!
