Yes. Label says Genuine Etching by Lucien Bessonnat entitled Old House in Picardie France, Paris Etching Society Distributed by Paris Etching Society. Distributed by Turner New York,Chicago Los Angeles.

The etching is approx 24 inches wide by 18 inches in length but mat is intact and am not taking it apart. It is singed in pencil but no date.
