We are almost ready to buy our toilets and I was wondering which brands you have had good luck with. With the low amount of water now used for flushing I want to avoid as many problems as possible.

Stick to a name brand (Moen, Kholer, etc) but don't buy the cheapest in any line, and you'll be fine.

It's the off brands and cheapies that have cheezy innards (valve & flapper) and poorly designed (& constructed) bends under the bowl.
