    Combined Efficiency
I have two product lines that run at different efficiencies and I need a weighted combined efficiency based on amount run.

    Example:

Line 1 ran 37,456 cases in 157 hours @ 75.74%. Efficiency goal is 65% of 315 cases per hour
Line 2 ran 3,554 cases in 28 hours @ 21.51%. Efficiency goal is 40% of 590 cases per hour

This is going to go into a conditional format for a digital dashboard that I am working on in Excel

Why your goal is stated as "40% of 590"? Why not just say 216?
