    Deposition
We have a judgement against us and the attorney that has been retained from the creditor has already deposed us. A year later they are serving us with another subpeona asking for another deposition. Can they continue to depose us?

If you already have a judgment what is the purpose of the deposition. The only possibility I can see is to find any assets to attach. If that is the reason, then yes they can keep doing it.

Yes they are trying to find assets but they did not find any on the first depo a year ago. Our situation has not changed but I guess they can still try legally?

This is how lawyers keep it alive so they can maximize their earnings. Not much you can do to stop them.
