I am a resident in California USA with green card.

I am planning to form a company with the objective of IT Consulting.
For this I am planning to also sponsor engineers for H1 Visa later on , once I reach at some state in the business. I am also planning to do independent consulting under the same same company.

What kind of company should I form LLC or Inc

I am more inclined to form LLC , but what are the caveats if I want to pursue business in IT Consulting in California or in any other state

Under a LLC , can you sponsor H1's or do you need to be Inc

What is the harm in incorporating the company in Nevada, and still do business in California, should I watch out for something if I do sucha thing
