In January I colored my hair a dark ash blonde, my normal hair is a brunette with reddish tints, my hair turned lighter but also a little more copperish look. A few days I ago I colored my hair a medium natural brown, now my hair is still a little lighter with hints of red on top, but Very Dark throughout the length and sides. My hair stylist told me to use Dawn dish detergent and add a teaspoon of baking soda and wash my hair in this combo, leave on a few minutes and it would lighten up, but it has not lightened the length or sides. Does anyone know what I need to do?:) I would love some real advice here.
