Hi!
I just like to ask when is the best time to take the glutathione pills? Is it before or after meal? Should I take 2 caps at the same time? I have 250mg which I bought in mercury drug for P990. Is it really effective? I'm 5'6 and 110 lbs. how many mg should I take a day to get a good result? I'm not consider myself that has a fair skin (its not even though) because there still a lot of melanin. I want to lighten my elbow, would that also help? Thanks!:rolleyes:
