Hi, my name is svyatko, I am Ukrainian married to a portuguese, living in London. We have been mrried for 3 years now, and I heard there is a possibility to obtaine a Portuguese passport after 3 years of marriage. We both live in UK for the past 5 years. I have a spouse visa to stay in UK until 2009. What would be the requirements for applying for one, and am I liable for one at all.
Maybe some of you have come across a similar problem, please let me know.
