I have a small business I am importing an item from Germany and once it arrives I shall be exporting it to my client and collecting a commission out of the funds my client sends us. The supplier is shipping delivered. Am I subject to any taxes or fees? (Other than the normal taxes caused by the commission income) The item is a couple hundred thousand dollars so I do not want to get stuck. I do have a sales tax excemption certificate.
