I believe there is still people who has a problem on this. For a start, I read & follow the guideline from Faxing in Windows XP (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/learnmore/crawford_02october21.mspx). This article is very useful, I got a dial tone but still got no answer. So, I hope some experts or who have a solution can share it. Thks!
