I have medium length hair very thick and frizzy. I have curly hair in which frenquently straighten. I have blonde high lights in it and i have been using tresemme for a while and its making me loose alot of hair, and fading my color and makes it really oily. I need to switch my shampoo and conditioner. I was thinking about dove.. the big blue bottle for dry over processed hair..and suggestions on which soap i should use that u can buy on store shelves?

This might sound funny but go into a beauty supply store or a pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, walgreens, rite aid, and go to the african american hair section. Course and curly hair is basically what that means. Basic brands usually means normal or almost normal hair.

Anyway, african american hair products will do wonders for your type of hair (meaning shampoo, conditioner and breakage serums.) Another thing that works is a two step repair serum. this decreases the frizziness from the highlights, and breakage from just having curly hair.

Let me know if this helps! ^_^
