Should a person use the same shampoo with the same conditioner name I mean. If so what is a good brand to use? I have been using Fructius by Gardinier.

Depends on your type of hair. is it thick, medium, or fine? Straight, medium curly, or extra curly? It depends on your answer. But I have found personally, the best is usually found at beauty supply stores or salon products. If you dont want to invest much money into it, then its really all the same... dove=pantene pro v =anything under $8...

Yes, it's OK to have the same brand shampoo and conditioner. Fructis by Gardiner is good, but so is Aussie, Herbal Essences, and Pantene. Claireiopia

I was actually reading about herbal essences, there are plastic ingredients in their products! I used to use it but after that, it scared me.
