My bank cookie is supposed to remember my user name so that I can get directly to my accounts after entering my password. However, whenever I reopen my browser to go to that site, the username has disappeared and I have to rewrite all the information including answering security questions. This is a recent occurence. I have tried disabling my antivirus and firewall to no avail. What could be blocking this cookie from operating normally?

Did anything change recently? Switch browsers? What browser are you using? Does this happen on any other sites? Do you have Spybot Search & Destroy or Ad-Aware on your system?

Answers to these questions may help narrow down the culprit.
