I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I frequently get a dull and sometimes sharp pain on my right side, at the top of my pelvic bone near my waist. Usually if I've eaten the wrong thing or haven't eaten for a couple of hours. Anyone know what this is?
Its very tender to touch. :confused:
