Hi there,

I hope someone could help with my query....

I have a Portugese and a South African passport and currently reside in the UK. My husband and I married in November 08 in South Africa and he holds a South African passport.

I've read that after 3 years of marriage the spouse can apply for portugese citizenship and passport.

Living in the UK, would we be able to apply after 3 years of marriage?
