I have a 2wire modem, and I have the power turned on full and have set the password to what I need it to be. I have my laptop and try to connect, but it is only giving me limited connectivity. My laptop connects fine to the wireless connection at my school, and my brother's laptop connects fine to the wireless connection on my 2wire modem.

I have no clue why it would work in one place, but not the other. [My computer is running Vista OS, and my brother is running Windows XP]

Please help

It also calls the network "unidentified." It says it has only Local connection.

Actually, I found out that I needed to go into my ipv4 and make it automatically find an IP and then when it showed me limited connectivity I right clicked and chose "repair." It automatically worked after that.

Thanks though! :)
