I have a large bump/lump 'down there' at the front where pubic hair grows, its red in colour and about as big as a 50p piece, very tender , I get them quite often and they stay for week s at a time. I don't shave in that area so its nothing to do with that. There is no puss and its quite flat,almost under the skin

Does anybody know what it can be? I cannot go to the doctor because I am living in a different country for 8 months and do not speak the language very well
