Hello,
My daughter is 3 years old and she is having a urine infection. On doing the sonography it was noticed that: She has severe Hydronephrosis, abrupt bluting of PU junction and thining of renal cortex in the right kidney which is larger in size. We are very worried and would she a urologist soon. Could you please advice what is this problem and it's treatment, it should be treated with medication as we are very worried about surgery for our 3 year child.
