Can somebody help me?

I am Indian Citizen and I have my fiancée from Romania. She is holding a Romanian Citizen. We want to get married and want advice what is the best possible way for us?

1. Can we get married in Romania?
2. What documents do i need to get married legally in Romania?
3. Do i have to apply a Visa for this? If yes what type of visa do i need? If i go as a visitor to my fiancée can we still get married then?
4. Someone told me that we can get married in Italy as Italy provide with a Marriage certificate which is accepted worldwide Is this True?
If yes as being not a Italy citizen can we get married there?

Please help me with this i will be really grateful to you.. Thanking you in anticipation.
