I created a visual basic project using the OS XP. In that project I want to locate a specific location of a movie... I use the ActiveX controll wmp.dll, and i got the solution. The project work smoothly and perfectly in XP. But I try to use the same code or installs that project in vista there is a delay, means it always pionts just before I located. In XP it perfectly worked... The movie is in wmv format. there are three movie files, One of them is very large and the size is 689 MB. The problem is appearing with the large file. The two small files works smoothly in both operating systems.. remember the code successfully works in XP but not in Vista. Can U suggest a solution for this problem without splitting the video file?????
