someone from Ghana told me for her to come to U.S.she will need 500 dollars for passport -800 dollars for visa and 250 dollars for a "black test" if there is a test what is it

Can you say SCAM !!!
They are simply taking you for a ride and trying to get as much money as possible from you.
The visa and passport cost in the region of $150 and the rest is complete make believe..

Wow, they really asked for alot of money right off the bat, must be getting desperate. Usually in these dating scams the people pretend to be in love with you and they ask for one small fee at a time.

I can tell you the above is correct, a visa and passport from this region to the US (and most other countries) would be $150.00 or thereabouts.

Ok, first the passport and visa is less than 100 dollars, there is no black test and there is no money requrement for leaving the country.

This person is not comming to the US, most likely it is not even a girl just a room full of people that use ID's to steal money from you.

Student visa, vaction and several others.

But since the person is not really comming it does not matter

crazeeone, why does it matter? Are you seriously still going to pay for this person to come visit after we are all telling you this is a scam.
