dear support,

i have pgp univesal 2.9.1 and i have enrolled more than 20 machines and have encrypted their disks fully but on some machines after installing the setup of pgp desktop 9.9.1 i get the following message: pgp desktop cannot contact the server because of a connection problem either a firewall or vpn is blocking the communication . I dont use vpn and i dont have a firewall between pgp universal and the worksations can anyone help me please?
