I had designed a table in ms-access having following fields:-

I want out put on the datareport as following:-
Billno:-1 Name:-Ravi Address:-xyz
-------------------------------------------------------------

-------- ---------
pen 10
pencil 20
cutter 10
rubber 10
----------------------------------
Total 50
