I have this bump on my penis shaft that I first noticed in November, it seems it comes back every 30ish days sometimes in a different location but once it came back to the same spot. I have never had sexual intercourse but have had fellatio and handjobs. It looks like a pimple and doesn't bother me much, but it's that it keeps coming back every (almost exactly) 30 days.
