Hi there, the background on my monitor has gone greyish an fuzzy and looks as if the pixels are gone crazy (all my photos are fuzzy too). I have gone into Display Properties, Settings and changed the pixels to 800 by 600 but it doesn't apply itself (it tells me to restart the computer to apply but when I do this nothing has changed. Can anyone help me? Many Thanks.
