I am looking for a template(something I can print and it will look niffty) or an actual book for sale that has and is set up for a campaign log for a sci fi rpg. Much like what has been done by some companies for the fantasy genre.

These are set up as forms and are an acutal bound book,folder,etc Any thoughts?
