I just got a laptop.My cable company came and put in a new modem and router, everything that needs to go with the laptop for wireless internet. I put in my AOL disc to download my screen names that I already have on my other computer and it downloaded, but I'm trying to add my screen names, but it will not let me get passed the acssesing network numbers. What is going on and how can I fix the problem?
