Okay. I guess my question is pretty simple, and probably silly. But oh well.
I am 22 years old, and I am a mother of two.
Most of my life I had a problem with my weight; I was always under weight. Now at 22 I weigh a healthy 115lbs at 5 feet tall.
When I had my first baby, who is five now, I lost all the weight and kept my same body shape. My second baby is now 9 months old, but I didn't lose any of the weight. I used to walk a lot, but now have my license and find myself driving more often than not.
What my question is, is this: How can I tone up my stomach, hips, thighs (inner and outer), and my butt, in such a way that I'll tone them without losing weight. I want to convert the weight from fat to muscle weight. Or only lose a small amount of weight. I love my current weight, but I don't like the look of my body. I used to have a flat stomach, slender hips, thighs, and a small butt. But well, the baby weight didn't go away. So, how can I tone them back up with exercise that won't cause me to lose too much weight again?
