I have parents who are getting too old for colonial style 2 story house. Father fell down stairs even and is recovering on 1st floor. What's good affordable way to get a shower or walk in bathtub added to 1st floor? Bathroom there is half bath and only about 8 feet by 10 feet--small. Any nifty solutions under $4K ? They don't want to move!
