I don't think I am in the right area but I couldn't find a closer match for my question.

I have a CD of a qigong meditation that involves breathing in and out on prompts. These prompts are currently about 4 seconds apart. I have asked at the website that sells this meditation and they told me that many people have adjusted the CD (re-recorded it) so that the prompts are a bit less frequent, say 6 to 8 seconds apart... at the current rate it causes dizziness for many, inc me.


So, how do you go into the CD as recorded and essentially make it a longer version by creating more space/time between prompts as mentioned above
