I started an S-corp in April, and I never got it running. I need to close it and have read the checklist on Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov) but I have never had employees, never paid for any kind of inventory, and never sold anything. How do I go about closing the business so I won't have to keep sending monthly tax returns?
