I'm making a acess control system. It should register someone who get inside the firm.
To complete this registration, I need to capture a visitor's picture from a webcam and stored that in mysql.
Someone has the expertise to teach me how can I do it?

While I'm sure it's possible to do that, PHP would be the worst possible choice of language to accomplish that.
