I'd like to know if there are options to take up a medical insurance scheme for my 66yr old mother, which will include preexisting conditions such as diabetes and heart ailments. Also would like to know which indian government schemes she can avail at this age... n what are the formalities. I know of cghs scheme... but she was a state govt. employee, hence I believe she's not eligible for this scheme..
