(I apologize for using no punctuation. I usually at least Try but its almost 2 AM so pffft :) )
I am leaving very very soon for estes park Colorado, and being the emetophobic that I am, I am concerned about the altitude
I live in an altitude around 900.
I've taken a vacation in custer, South Dakota, which is 5000 and I didn't have any problems
But I also was on Haleakala in maui, at an elevation of about 9,700 feet, and oh my goodness I felt nauseous, and I had a terrible headache, and I was just miserable.
Estes park is 7-8,000 ft above sea level
And you probably won't be able to answer this because everyone is different, but what kind of severity should I be expecting and what are some ways I would be able to avoid or lessen the altitude sickness?
