years ago, I was wearing a jheri curl (don't laugh) the guy didn't put enough neutralizer in my hair, the top fell out. Now it grows and falls out. It itches all the time and I had surgery last year. The anaesthesia took my hair out in patches. Having no luck growing back. Any suggestions would be helpful...
