**** moved from the introduction area.

Please take a moment and post an introduction in that area. I have moved this to a computer area where you may be helped better

But in basic, how do we know this is not a stolen computer, or you merley want to hack someone elses password ?

So you will need to take this to a professional repair center that will verify it is not stolen and that you are the proper owner, and be able to help you with it

don't live in the big city?? I guess I get offered a lap top for 100 bucks almost a couple times a week.

So sorry but when "someone" changed your password, this means that most likely someone who knew your password sat down at your machine and changed it. So first who wold have know it
If it is a deal, they have a great customer service dept
