Hey i just brought a laptop of a freind, he hasent used it in ages and has forgotten his bios password, the laptop is a toshiba satellite pro a10.

We have no clue what the password is, and cant evan get to an xp screen because of it :(

Any help would be greatly apprciated

If it is like most laptops, you have to take the laptop apart CAREFULLY!!!!!!! Find the BIOS battery (it looks like a watch battery) and pull it out for a couple of hours. Make sure to document where every screw and plug goes. If you do not, you could mess up the laptop.

could u set the administrator password ,if not first you should use administrator to find to password ,if u laptop administor pass word is ok
if u don't know administrator password you should do like the
