One of my clients has five computers on a wireless network provided by the building management they rent office space from. They use a Xerox multifunction copier for network scanning and printing. To keep it simple for them, I have the Xerox scan to one machine and then share the folder that the scans go to. I also have the xerox shared as a printer for the network. This all worked fine before moving to the new building as they all used wired network at previous office. Here, they use wireless but the xerox and the scanning PC are connected via a wired nic on a linksys router with a separate ip scheme and subnet mask.

Now to the problem.

The pc's all have no problem surfing the web on the wireless. They do, however, keep losing the network computers in my network places. This means they no longer see the other workgroup computers and therefore cannot see the printer or scanned files.

Is there any way to fix this connectivity problem? I do not have access to the building wireless router configuration, by the way.
