Ok girls my friend is coming over on Saturday to help me bleach my hair so I test stranded with Wella wellite powder and 20 vol developer. The box says not to leave on for more than 50 minutes after 50 minutes rinsed it out and voilà orange hair. So should I leave it longer or use 30 volume developer. It isn't brassy and my hair is still in good condition after the bleaching_popupControl();
