I am a goan and I need to apply a Portuguese passport from goa, my parents do have a Portuguese passport has they entered bombay before goa was liberated and I am born before 18th December, 1961, now since I am married and I am in a position to travel to portugal with my wife and children, I would highly children you guiding me through the proper way to get a passport for myself as well as my family.
