When I put Ipod connect to USB
It's not turn Itunes on
And also the Ipod isn't connect to Itunes
So I have no way to open the Ipod, or put the music in

Also in the Ipod
I can't do anything
I can't pause, the music just keep playing
I can't click Menu either
When I click Menu the window show
Do not disconnect
But when the light turn on
It turning to the music

Can you guy tell me what to go?
