I am 28, married with 1 child. I lost my job in April due to layoffs. I do not have another full time job yet. We are out of $$$$. We have depleted out savings. I have put some $$$ on our credit cards... which I HATE to do.

I still have @$7000 in my past job's 401(K). I was thinking this might be my only option.

Advice?
