Hi,
I ordered goods from Kitbag.com on 20 April 2007. I got an e-mail saying that my order was dispatched on 30 April 2007. The website states that international deliveries will take 6-8 days.
On 15 May 2007 I e-mailed them to say that I am yet to receive the goods and they replied to say that they can confirm that the order was dispatched and that it takes 15 working days to be delivered.
On 24 May 2007 they send me an e-mail saying that they cannot locate my order and asked for my order details. I immediately gave them the details.
I have sent numerous e-mails to their customer services department as well as the manager and they now no longer respond.
They have charged for the goods off my credit card in April and it is now mid June and I am yet to receive the goods or have my money refunded or get any response as to what they're doing about the problem.
Please can I have some advice as to what to do as I live in South Africa and this is a company in the UK?
