Mayor Adams made comments before taking down the Columbia U illegal occupation.

He correctly blamed outside agitators .

    bwog.com/2024/05/mayor-adams-brief-about-columbia-protests-and-hamilton-hall-occupation/

He sometimes walks the walk. But how far will they go ? 100s of protesters are being charged for trespassing for the January 6 riot and many have been sentenced to jail . Will these pro Jewish genocide protesters be similarly charged ?

Wow. Those admins at Northwestern really know how to play hardball with the violent protestors.

The concessions, according to a copy of the agreement published by Northwestern leadership, include:

    • Disclosure of school investments to students who request information.
    • Funding to support two visiting Palestinian faculty members for two years; full-ride scholarships for five Palestinian undergraduate students; and a commitment to fundraise for similar opportunities.
    • Immediate establishment of a temporary community house for Muslim, and Middle Eastern, and North African students and a promise to establish a permanent space.

In exchange, students will only have one tent set up on the picturesque university lawn and will only use amplified sound devices with advanced permission from the school, according to the agreement. They also risk suspension if they don't follow the terms of the agreement.

The message is very obvious. If you want something at Northwestern, then hold several days of wild protests and it will be granted. Well done, NW!!
They have been tip toeing with radical Marxist and Islamist Jew haters for a half year trying to find the perfect balance between free speech and order .
As we saw during the Occupy Wall Street and other similar "mostly peaceful" protests ,eventually the police they want to defund are called in to clean up the mess they create by appeasing them.

They buy time by caving. Brown U did something similar. The students disbanded after Brown agreed to meet with them about divestment.

Clueless Joe has not surprisingly been conspicuously silent about these protests .(except noted when he flubbed his 'good people on both sides ' moment)

This could change soon. He is scheduled to give the commencement address at Morehouse College May 19 . Faculty and students are not exactly thrilled with the prospect.

This is clearly a campaign stop for him . He will be in battleground state of Georgia and catering to a Black audience. But his continued support for Israel puts him at odds with these anti-Jew protesters .

So far when he is on campus he concentrates on the right to kill babies. His last stop at George Mason University ,he tried to make it about abortion. But he was heckled about Israel.

Gaza protesters repeatedly heckle Biden during abortion rally: ‘Genocide Joe!’ - Washington Examiner

Don't look for him at campus that often this campaign. His puppet masters want small intimate gatherings where they can select the audience and better control his verbal diarrhea.

Dan Henniger at WSJ wrote in yesterday's edition

Because his re-election team assumes an equivalence between younger Democratic voters and the Gaza encampment occupants, the American president has himself become a hostage to the hardest of the U.S. hard left. He won’t cross them, and they know it.
When Mr. Biden gets to Chicago in August for the Democratic convention, uber-left Mayor Brandon Johnson won’t have the cops’ back the way New York’s Eric Adams did this week. On current course, the Biden candidacy could die this summer in Chicago.

Here's a protest I can support . Parents are demanding reimbursement of tuitions from universities .

Imagine you were the parent who's graduating senior is in the class of 2024. They had their freshman year disrupted by covid restrictions and their senior year disrupted by these inane antisemitic hateful Gaza protests . Commencements cancelled or disrupted by morons . Students blocked from lecture halls .
Even if their child received loans to pay for over priced education some of these parents invested major $$ just in getting the students prepped for college.

    They want their money back

Now here's a plan I can endorse for all these hateful antisemitic pro-jihadist student protesters .

Mohammad Moazzeni, head of Shiraz University told media that “students and even professors who have been expelled or threatened with expulsion can continue their studies at Shiraz University and I think that other universities in Shiraz as well as Fars Province are also prepared [to provide the conditions].”
This could be the single most transformative educational experience of their lives.

    Post occupation .

Cudd said she also had received reports from campus security and staff of potential thefts of rare archival material, including its full Dark Horse Comics collection.

The university does not have an estimate yet of how much it will cost to clean up the library, according to Katy Swordfisk, a university spokesperson.

“It will take a while to get that figured out. And with protestors actively taking over the library again, any estimates we may have started could be inaccurate,” Swordfisk said Thursday night, as reports surfaced about people attempting to get back into the building.

Here in the south ,the frat boys are fighting back .

Guillermo Estrada on X: "My fraternity brother and others ran over to hold it up, in order for it not to touch the ground. People began throwing water bottles at us, rocks, sticks, calling us profane names. We stood for an hour defending the flag so many fight to protect." / X (twitter.com)

But amidst the chaos, the screaming, the anti-semitism, the hatred of faith and flag, stood a platoon of American heroes. Armored in Vineyard Vines and Patagonia, fueled by Zyn and White Claws, these triumphant Brohemians protected Old Glory from the unwashed Marxist horde — laughing at their shrieks and wails and shielding the Stars & Stripes from Soviet missiles.
These boys… no, men, of the UNC Chapel Hill Pi Kappa Phi, gave the best to America and now they deserve the best. Help us raise funds to throw this frat the party they deserve, a party worth of the boat-shoed Broleteriat who did their country proud.

Pretty good summary of the situation. "Commie losers across the country have invaded college campuses to make dumb demands of weak University Administrators."

The new antisemitism is spreading. I was not aware of how bad it has become until reading Mickey D's . Their franchises in Israel made the fatal error of feeding IDF forces.

The divestment army swung into action.

Last month the corporation made the call to buy back ALL the Micky D's franchises in Israel.

I can't join a boycott against Micky D's here in response because I have not eaten their greasy slop and gruel in years. But I stand with any American Jew who boycotts them in response.

The national news is suppressing how bad it has become.

As an example ;it was mostly locally reported in Portland that the jihadist /lefty alliance broke into the Portland Police complex and torched at least 15 police cars to obstruct their response to the library attack. (obstructing official proceedings ???? )

Even worse ; At UCLA ;a young Jewish woman was assaulted by the mostly peaceful protesters ,and beaten unconscious.

Collin Rugg on X: "JUST IN: Jewish girl at UCLA sent to the ER after being beaten unconscious by pro-Palestine protesters. The incident reportedly happened at Dickerson Plaza. According to ‘ThatKoreanJew’ on IG who is a medical student at UCLA, the girl was surrounded by 5 people. She suffered a… https://t.co/ctv1hAl6Wu" / X (twitter.com)

Jewish men had enough . They converged onto the protest encampment and began to disassemble it after the encampment was ordered shut down by authorities . A melee erupted .

That got the authorities attention ;The Feds woke up . They are investigating the Jews ; not the mob that beat the woman.

An under cover cop says that municipal cops should let the Universities clean up their own mess .
I would avoid getting involved as much as possible. The universities created this problem, and it’s not fair for them to ask the cops to come in and fix it. The universities have their own security forces. The state schools have their own police forces. They can expel people. They created this mess; it seems like they really encouraged it. Then it got out of hand, and now they want to be rescued. There’s no upside for the cities and police departments to bail out the universities.
Riot Tactics Redux | City Journal (city-journal.org)

That is all well and good for campus protests ;which I believe will peter out after graduations anyway ; but how will the cops react when Chi-town burns during the Dem Convention ?
