    How do I write a formal letter saying that this employee is chosen to go to a certain country to work .?

    Why is there a need for a formal letter? What is the letter for?

    The letter is for The Department of Insolvency Malaysia.

    It's because my husband has been declared bankrupt and for him to work outside of the country, he needs a support letter from the company he's working .

    5 years ago , he did apply for the same reason and it was approved but the person in charge of this is no longer working with him.
