    Benefits for exempt vs nonexempt
    Can a business offer different benefits for exempt vs nonexempt employees? For instance can you offer an exempt employee 3 weeks of annual PTO and only 2 weeks for an hourly employee? Also, can you offer a contract for an exempt employee with different benefits than what other exempt employees have?
