    The most you could possibly lose would be around 5 kg's.
    You'll need to drastically reduce your calorific intake and increase your aerobic activity.
    (Less food more excersise)

    If you starve yourself, your body will be mad and save your fat cells.

    Did you put on 15 kgs in 21 days? NO? Then you can't get rid of them that fast either.

    It will take maybe 3-4 months to lose 15 kgs. Properly WITH HARD WORK.
